What can I return?
Any unwashed, unworn, or defective merchandise will be gladly exchanged for a different size/style/store credit or refunded within 10 days of the shipment of the order. Scott Phree will not accept returns or exchanges for any item that has been washed or worn in any way, dried in a dryer or damaged/stained. This includes items that are damaged, shrunk, etc. in a dryer. Please keep your invoice if you would like to be able to exchange items. Shipping costs on any damaged or non-flawed returns will be the responsibility of the customer.
Scott Phree will pay for shipping on defective merchandise provided that the damage was not caused by the customer.
We guarantee a 100% refund on all of our designer products with respect to authenticity in alignment with defection or faulty materials and/or hardware’s.
Refunds and Exchange Policy are subject to change without immediate notice.
What about sale or clearance items?
All clearance items or otherwise marked as "Final Sale" may not be exchanged or refunded.
What if I want to exchange an item?
That’s easy! Our no hassle return/exchange policy simply states that the customer must returned the unworn item(s) in its original condition and leave instructions via invoice on what they would like to exchange the item for. If it is a size issue, simply state what size you would like the item exchanged for. If it is an item that you do not particularly care for, no problem – however; the exchange must be comparable in pricing to the original purchase. No exceptions.
Is there anything that can’t be returned?
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on lingerie or fragrances – for obvious reasons! We also will not accept items that were purchased pass the 10-day policy of returns specified date. Please refer to your invoice or confirmation email for date of purchase.
I just want a refund, how do I get it?
Refund requests are processed after our returns department confirms and examines the condition of the item – please allow 24 hours for this process. Once your returned item(s) are inspected, the refund will be issued in the original form of payment for the full price of purchase. The customer returning the item(s) is responsible for any shipping charges incurred in returning the goods and this charge is non-refundable.
We understand that refunds (depending on your banking institution) can take from 3-5 business days to show as credited to your account, please be patient. You will receive confirmation with regard to your refund via email.

Refunds through PayPal:
Got a PayPal account and need a refund? No problem, simply email customer service your account/email name that you have with PayPal and we will refund through PayPal the full amount of your purchase. PayPal is a trusted gateway system that a lot of customers use for business to business so we want to make sure the refund process is seamless for our customers.
Can I still keep my ‘Phree Gift’ if I return the item I bought?
Of course! The free gift is on us, no matter what. We want you 100% satisfied with shopping with us, even if the only item you keep is your phree gift!

How do I return the items?
**To Return Items by Mail
- Include copy of invoice, circle item(s) that you are returning, and reason why.
- Indicate if you want us to credit the card used to place the order or send you a refund cashier’s check. If you'd like an exchange, let us know what items you would like in replace of item(s) ordered.
- Circle the name and address where we should send the check or exchange. If you want it sent to a different address, please indicate new ship to address.
- Pack and seal your return securely, in the original package and include a PRE-PAID shipping label. Packages must be returned prepaid - we do not accept C.O.D.
