Help, I’ve never shopped online before!
Once you are through browsing and/or shopping our different departments, checking out is simple. You may look at the items you have added to your cart by clicking the "view cart" button on the menu bar at the top of any page. You may also checkout by clicking the quantity you want on any specific item and then click order. This will take you to the checkout page. You will then be given an order summary of all of the items you have added to your cart. You can also modify your cart at this page. Once you have input all of the information that is required, simply click checkout. Next, you will be taken to the Shipping/Sales Tax page where you will again enter all of the necessary information with regard to your shipping, promo code and payment options such as Visa/Master Card/Amex, etc. Next, click ‘continue to order form’ and you’re almost done. The last step in completing your order will be the ‘checkout form’. Once you’ve filled out all of required information, click the submit order button and your done!

Do I need to register with your site?
Not at all. We do not require a registration of any kind for you to shop with us. We prefer if you want to be harassed by us via email you simply sign up for our what’s new newsletter and calendar. Not on the ‘A’ list – shoot us an email at: whatsnew@scottphree.com and consider it done!
How do I modify my order?
You can modify any item in your ‘shopping cart’ by either deleting the item in its entirety or changing the quantity. Please be advised, once an order has been placed we are unable to make any changes to the order, up to and including cancellations. We apologize if this is any inconvenience to you. However if for some reason you have made a mistake in your order and mistakenly clicked the ‘submit order’ button you can always call or email us and let us know what you want modified.

If you are thinking of deleting items from your cart or you have not made up your mind on your order. Simply save your cart. Items in the shopping cart will save for up to 12 hours.

I placed my order, now when do I get my stuff?
Upon receipt of your order, order processing takes 1-2 business days, thus shipping normally take 2-3 business days via United States Postal Service unless you selected another form of shipment. You will be informed of any anticipated delays. You will also receive a confirmation and tracking number for your shipment.


Sales Tax?
Sales tax is based on Scott Phree’s current locality of Texas at a rate of 8.25%; all other sales tax shall vary from state to state and will be configured accordingly at time of checkout. If you are not sure of your states sales tax, please go to www.irs.gov for more information. At this time only Texas residents are required to pay sales tax when ordering online by state law.


Oops, out of stock?
Although we make every attempt to keep a sufficient amount of items in stock, from time to time, we do sell out of certain products. If we are out of stock on an item you’ve ordered, we will give you notice via email and/or the item itself will show an "out of stock" reference on the site. Any changes will be reflected in your order total as well as your shipping confirmation. Some items once sold, will not return to the site while others will be repetitive depending on customer need and trend/season turnover.


Product Authenticity?
Our merchandise is guaranteed authentic and new and is backed by our return policy. All items sold under "designer labels" come with original manufacturing tags and/or packaging. We have an assortment of highly regarded professional resellers through which we obtain our goods. However, Scott Phree does not in any way claim to be an authorized retailer, or agent of any goods sold under any registered trademark of another company/designer or wholesaler unless otherwise expressed and used under the Scott Phree label, logo, namesake or online entity. With regard to items sold under the "vintage" page, these items while in excellent condition, are pre-owned and/or worn. We will only sell vintage apparel that is flawless in condition - no stains, holes or missing buttons. Please use our grading system as a guide for condition and description.


Do you carry designer brands?
Of course we do! Any designer brand names we carry will be indicated in the product description of each item.

Gimme the details on the sizing…
Most of our items are marked standard size XS, S, M, L, and XL. However, the sizing will always vary depending on the manufacturing specifications and market size. Ordinarily, we carry Misses size 2-14.
To get an example of what size would be suit your needs consider the following in an American dress size:

  • XS = 0-2
  • S = 2-4
  • M = 6-8
  • L = 10-12
  • XL = 12-14

Can I have my order gift wrapped?
You can certainly have your order gift wrapped. Simply select the ‘gift wrap’ option at checkout in your shopping cart and we’ll take care of the rest. We can use our signature gift wrap or we can tailor it to your specifications, note included. Simply email us @ customerservice@scottphree.com and let us know what you’d like your gift note to say, choice of color for wrapping and any specifics, such as birthday, graduation, new promotion – you name it – we can wrap it.

Methods of Payment?
We accept Visa, Master Card and American Express.
As a convenience to our customers we also accept PAYPAL which is a FREE service. You DO NOT have to register an account with PayPal and you can use any credit card of your choice. If you are not a registered user with PayPal simply ‘click’ the link that reads "not a registered Pay Pal user" and continue to your shopping cart for checkout.


I’m in another country, do you ship here?
Scott Phree ships worldwide. For your convenience we ship internationally for a flat rate of $35.00. All domestic orders are shipped absolutely *free with the exception of *express orders.
Our shipping couriers are unable to ship to PO Boxes and/or APO/FPO addresses.

Can I return, exchange or get a refund on an item?
Yes you can. Please see our return/exchange policy for guidelines and instructions.
